NEFF Kookschool - Taste of Amsterdam

Sharpen your cooking skills in the NEFF Kookschool.

Why are there so many different chef’s knives and what are the differences between them? How do you slice vegetables without cutting in your fingers? What is the best technique to make the perfect poached egg? These are all questions that you can ask in the NEFF Kookschool this year. This inspiring feature gets your creative cooking juices flowing and can be done in pairs of two. Receive the best tips from the chefs, sharpen your cooking skills and share your passion with others. A session will take around 45 minutes and signing up can be done on the day itself. First come, first serve!

The two culinary artists that will host the sessions are chef Bart van Berkel (Masterchef 2014) en chef Andy McDonald (24Kitchen). In the NEFF Kookschool you can participate in two different sessions, a fish preparations session and a vegetarian session!

1. Skin fried Seabass with steamed Carrots, Spinach and Shellfish vinaigrette
2. Steamed spring vegetables with Burrata, crispy Lemonpolenta and Salsa Verde
