At the beginning of this year Onno Klein Langenhorst joined the Pesca team as Executive Chef. After Years of gaining experience in places as Canvas at the Volkshotel, Restaurant Trechter (*) and Klein Paardenburg in Oudekerk aan de Amstel, his next step is to bring Pesca to a higher level, together with Sous Chef Pablo Herresos. Certainly when looking at potential growth, it is essential to continue increasing on a culinair level.
