Chef Daniël Damen of Serre did not learn his amazing cooking skills from just anyone: he was coached by Onno kokmeijer and Arjan Speelman from two star restaurant Ciel bleu, before he spread his wings at Serre. Wat does Daniel find unique about Serre? “the diversity of dishes that they serve: club sandwich to half a lobster.” His previous masters Onno Kokmeijer and Arjan Speelman are more than 15 years active in the kitchen of Ciel Bleu and got two Michelin stars within that time. They are the perfect team, complement each other in the way they create their recognizable dishes.
