Chef Dennis Kuipers - Vinkeles
Dennis Kuipers is the executive chef of restaurant Vinkeles. Dennis combines traditional and modern French cuisine. He mainly works with seasonal products and from the philosophy that you need few extra ingredients or details when you work with the best ingredients. Vinkeles is situated on the Keizersgracht, in hotel The Dylan. Vinkeles has a rich history and is situated in the former bakery of the Roman Catholic Office. The bakery operated until 1811. During the restoration work in 1975, the bakery was found undamaged. That is when Vinkeles took over the building and built its restaurant.
