A few years ago, Erik Tas opened his very own restaurant: Bij Erik in Leidschendam. Every month they put together a surprising menu of six delicious dishes, in balance with the season. These dishes are prepared with seasonal products every day, to ensure that you always receive top quality.
And all this at an affordable price as they have had the Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition for an excellent price/quality ratio since the beginning. Meanwhile, Erik has continued to grow and has opened his second restaurant together with George Longhitano: Bistro Nr. 11 in Leidschendam. You can already visit this delightful bistro in the morning as the restaurant is open for breakfast.
