Chef Ingmar Ipema - The Harbour Club
Ingmar Ipema is 31 years old and has been working as a chef for The Harbour Club in Vinkeveen for about two years now. He has been there from the beginning and has therefore created the entire kitchen team at The Harbour Club.
Before he worked here, he opened The Harbour Club Kitchen at the Apollo hotel in Amsterdam-Zuid and was the chef at Restaurant Fris in Haarlem, where he cooked a Bib Gourmand. Ingmar likes recognizable dishes and tastes and likes to challenge himself. He does this by turning recognizable tastes into an exciting dish and experience.
