Chef & owner Jean-Baptiste Natali - L'Hostellerie la Montagne
In 2002 and at the age of 27, chef Jean-Baptiste Natali became the youngest chef in France to receive a Michelin star.
During his career, in addition to working and traveling through Asia, he gained a lot of working experience and inspiration in renowned restaurants of great chefs in Cannes, New York (Daniel Boulud) and Marrakesh (La Mamounia). Nowadays, he is working in his own 4-star hotel which he set up with his wife; L’Hostellerie la Montagne. Here, he creates the most beautiful dishes everyday in his very own restaurant; Restaurant Natali, which has since received one Michelin star.
His style of cooking is well thought out, tasty and powerful and radiates an unrivaled finesse and reflects regional cuisine. Jean-Baptiste mainly works with local farmers and breeders who live around the restaurant and has access to the endless wealth of this region. Think of delicious truffles, fifteen varieties of mushrooms and fragrant herbs.
