Owner & chef Michiel Deenik - Visaandeschelde and The Roast Room
It all started more than 15 years ago when Michiel Deenik opened restaurant Visaandeschelde on Scheldeplein, what grew the past years into a well-known concept within Amsterdam. With the most beautiful fish dishes, swinging atmosphere and a hospitable service, everyone can enjoy the delicious and extensive menu.
With Visaandeschelde, he expresses his passion for fish. However, in 2015, Michiel opened restaurant The Roast Room and could finally express his culinary aspiration in the field of meat as well.
