Chef Pépé Topper - Maris Piper
Not only did Pépé Topper complete the Hotelschool Amersfoort in 2017, he was even named Talent of the Future in the same year by the school. On his resume you can find many impressive restaurants where he completed an internship, including Restaurant 108 in Copenhagen, Librije in Zwolle and Pure C in Cadzand. In March 2018 he started as a sous chef with Maris Piper and six months later he was promoted to chef de cuisine of both the brasserie and the chef’s table.
Restaurant Maris Piper can be found in De Pijp and is part of THE BREDA GROUP, which also includes GUTS, Restaurant Breda and Pita Kebab & Falafel in the Foodhallen. The vision of Restaurant Maris Piper is to bring haute cuisine to a brasserie experience. The chef’s table can be found in the rear section, where you can eat different dishes than in the restaurant itself in an exclusive setting.
