Chef & owner Robo Klos - Five Brothers Fat
Robo Klos was born and raised in the Southern part of Greece. From the moment that Robo moved to Amsterdam, he used his culinary background to represent the Mediterranean kitchen and of course to bring this kitchen to a higher level in his beloved Amsterdam.
Since 2013, Rob has been the executive chef at many different restaurants in Amsterdam. From the moment the concept for the first Champañaria originated, Robo has been the co-owner and has been involved from beginning to end in the culinary process. Additionally, Robo is a highly appreciated chef in Amsterdam’s hospitality industry.
