Wessel is a creative chef who changes his 6-course Chefs menu every 2 weeks. His cooking style has a French basis, but to be able to cook creatively without limits, he provides an international menu. The herbs and spices come from all over the world without losing sight of the initial product. From comfort food to crazy taste explosions, all dishes have one value in common: balance.
