5 restaurants that are transformed to clubs during nighttime - Taste of Amsterdam

At these unique locations in Amsterdam you are welcome to stay for the entire evening! They offer the best 3D’s: Dinner, Drinks and Dancing. Sounds like a great combination right?

Supperclub – In the hart of Amsterdam you will find Supperclub, located in an old theater called Odeon. Since the 70’s this building is a national monument. The service and food is of great quality, and the parties are too! The most parties start around 23.00, so you can just take your opened bottle of Champi with you to the dancefloor.

Chin Chin Club –  Great food without regrets the next day because you spent way too much on your food. If this sounds good to you, Chin Chin Club is your place to be! Try their Dim Sum or go for a 3-course meal for €37,-. Both will not disappoint! After dinner the music volume goes up at around 23.00 until the early hours.

Canvas – The Volkshotel is located in Amsterdam Oost, in one of the coziest areas of Amsterdam! On the 7th floor you can find Canvas, a great restaurant with a 360 view over the city. They also have a terrace where you can leisure in the sun during summer. During the weekend all chairs and tables are put aside and there is enough room to dance! In the basement of the hotel you can find Doka, which is a cocktailbar inspired by the speak-easy culture of the roaring 20’s in New York.

Oliva – The recently opened Oliva at Rembrandtplein is an Italian oriented restaurant. There is good food and great scroppino’s after dinner. After your scroppino you don’t have to leave just yet, because when everyone is finished eating the restaurant is merged with the dancing area and Oliva is transformed to a club! They partnered with the team responsible for organizing Happy Feelings, Rewind, Bambu and Terug Naar Toen so check their agenda and know where you need to go to upcoming weekend!

Skatecafé – Located in Noord, at the other side of ‘t IJ. Crossing with the ferry itself is already an experience, and to be honest, something you need to do when in Amsterdam. The Skatecafé is a café/restaurant with an enormous skate track inside, yes we know, pretty cool. You are welcome to stay all day, inside or at their terrace. You can start with lunch and stay until the late hours. The food is well priced and the atmosphere is relaxed. The café is only open from Thursday until Saturday. After dinner they host really nice parties where everyone is welcome! PS: they also have game nights for whenever you are feeling like a more laid back night.
