De Kruidfabriek by LUTE is ready to spice things up!

Peter and Marieke Lute have built up a great name for themselves in more than 16 years. In addition to the Kruidfabriek (which was rebuilt in 2016 after 14 years of a Lute restaurant), LUTE now also consists of ARC. in Amsterdam, Explore the event location in Muiden, Soundbites above the entrance of Ziggo Dome and On 5th on the 5th floor in the Johan Cruijff ArenA.

Together with his team, Peter works with sustainable products from the Netherlands to be more aware of their surroundings. He focuses more on nature and combines pure and local products with herbs and spices from his own garden and greenhouse.

At the Kruidfabriek you can expect authentic, creative and affordable dishes with a raw elegance made with products from the region. The team is led by chef Tim Buis, who has worked with Peter for many years and gives his own creative interpretation to the dishes.
