Chef Jermain learned to cook at a later age in life. When he was 21 years old, he started as a host and fell in love with the business. Het took the first serious step into the kitchen at the age of 25. From restaurants De Raymaert and ‘t Parlement, he ends up in 2 Michelingstar restaurant De Lindehof in Nuenen. His talent is discovered by chef Soenil Bahadoer and without any certificates, he makes it to chef de partie. In 2014 he is granted with the title; Variatiechef van het jaar. Jermain cooks with feeling and just like life itself, changes that daily.
