Enjoy a classic French evening at L'Entrecôte et les Dames!
In the year of 2005, Wilmar te Winkel brought l’Entrecôte’s formula from Paris to Amsterdam. She developed her own take on a beurre-Parisien for the occasion. Visitors of the van Baerlestraat have been enjoying a classic take on steak frites ever since. The formula is completed by proper service and a selection of amazing wines.
After a French salad with roasted walnuts and vinaigrette, the main course is served; thinly sliced entrecôte with French fries. In case you’re not in the mood for steak you may choose for a classic dover sole dish: sole à meuniere. The main course is always served in two rounds: first on plate and later to be refilled from a ‘silver platter’ as to make sure the guests will always have an optimal experience. A dinner at l’Entrecôte only comes to a close after having one of ten traditionally French desserts. Choices include profiteroles au chocolat, île flottante or crème brûlée.
