Restaurant MOER is situated in a building that once functioned as a Michelin tire changing station in the 60s, hence the name: MOER. The chef, Dirk Mooren, previously worked at Restaurant de Kas, the Conservatorium Hotel and Panache and now owns Restaurant MOER and Bar Kantoor. At MOER they use 100% organic and local products as farmers and suppliers are personally selected by the team.
Dining at MOER is an experience. They serve unique dishes which are often prepared with a lot of high-quality vegetables. There can be some surprising elements on your plate sometimes, often hand-picked from their own garden! The waiters at MOER can tell you all about it. Besides the delicious food, MOER also boasts a warm atmosphere and the kitchen is (literally) open for any questions you might have. The dinner either consists of a 4,5,6, or 7 course Chef’s Menu or you can choose a dish from MOER’s á la carte menu. The different courses are paired with delicious wines of which you have probably never heard before. You can choose from at least 25 organic wines which all come with a unique story and can all be ordered per glass!
