THE ROAST BAR is the street-level brasserie-style restaurant of THE ROAST ROOM. Here you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. On entering the restaurant, you immediately notice the long wooden tables at which you can enjoy a relaxed meal. The menu features dishes with meat from their own butcher shop. A range of juicy burgers, spit-roasted chicken and flammkuchen prepared in their Australian Beech oven. Next to THE ROAST BAR is a large terrace facing the bustling Scheldeplein, where during the summer months, a fun and weekly Summer BBQ is held.

In THE ROAST BAR there is also a beautiful open butcher shop. The butcher shop is the beating heart of the establishment. Here the butcher debones and portions meats for the preparation of dishes in their open kitchens. You can also order the best cuts of meat of the Netherlands from their butcher shop to prepare at home – such as a varied BBQ package, homemade Amsterdam sausage or a large cut of Côte de Boeuf with advice from their butcher on how to prepare it.

Via the stairway, you will discover the ROTISSERIE, their spacious, luxurious restaurant with large windows that give you a clear view on the Scheldebuurt neighbourhood. The linen-covered tables and leather chairs provide a welcome comfort. Dining at the Rotisserie is an experience. It has a magnificent, large open kitchen with Australian Beech ovens, a broiler, charcoal grill and, of course, the rotisserie. A range of dishes are prepared tableside, such as steak tartare and chimichurri.

The ROTISSERIE has a spacious roof terrace that is also open in the winter months, with the roof shut and the heaters on. In the summer you can relax on the terrace in the sunshine with a view of the Scheldebuurt neighbourhood.
